It appears that California is on the way to open next month. We hope all of our members are doing well and we look forward to meeting in person again as soon as possible.
We are pleased to announce that Fukuyo Tanaka has been elected as our Chapter’s new President. Our new Board members for the 2021-2023 term are:

The Board is delighted to advise our members that our Chapter has now become incorporated with the State of California.

Also don’t forget to renew your Chapter membership, and download your membership renewal form. Please complete the form and send it along with your dues payment to Fukuyo Tanaka. MEMBERSHIP DUES MUST BE PAID BY JUNE 1, 2021.
May Meeting Recap
For our May Zoom meeting, we viewed an Ichiyo demonstration video by Elaine Jo. She created arrangements for the home without using kenzans. She utilized materials to stabilize and support each other and on some arrangements, she used a metal grid apparatus to support her floral materials, which she incorporated as part of the design. Elaine’s demonstration had many creative ideas.
June Sayonara Meeting
Our June Sayonara Meeting and Board Installation will be held on June 27, 2021. View the invitation HERE. I am looking forward to seeing as many of our members as possible at our upcoming Sayonara Meeting.
