65th Anniversary Letters of Commendation

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

This year marks the 65th anniversary of the Ikebana International Los Angeles Chapter #4. It is an honor to celebrate this year with all of you. Of the many chapters in the United States, three chapters are celebrating their 65th anniversary this year: Los Angeles, New York, and St. Louis. Congratulations!

I dedicate this webpage to anyone who has been involved with the group past, present and future. Special recognition must be given to our founding Chapter President, Mrs. Carl E. Henderson, board and members. We would not be here without them.

It warms my heart to know that through a volunteer commitment our predecessors, board members and members have been able to maintain this Chapter for 65 years. The current board is dedicated to carry this legacy through June ‘23. Until then we look forward to celebrating the momentous occasion with you throughout the year. Thank you for helping to fulfill our mission, “Friendship through Flowers.”
